We have NSD pretty well ready to go live, so we are running a few test
tickets. We have one Technician and one Supervisor using our two
licenses. The technician created a new incident, and it was assigned to
the Supervisor instead of himself. If he, or the Supervisor, opens the
ticket in edit mode, the Assignment drop down box is active, but only has
the Supervisor in the list, not the Technician. We have the Setup set to
be able to change Assignments, or so I thought. Am I on the wrong path,
or is something misconfigured?
