I am having issues with employees being careless when accessing folders on a specific NSS volume. Our volume is setup to where there are at least a hundred project folders arranged by project number and all employees must have read / write access to each of the folders. The issue I am having is that they are being careless when switching from project to project and they end up flinging project folders into other project folders.

I am finding myself on a weekly basis searching the volume for project folders cause they "Disappear".

Is there a fast and easy way to create a folder and lock it down so the employee can't move it but can write to it?
