I have had several employee's and students that have rebooted their computers during a ZAA deployment. When I quiz them about why they did so they stated they didn't know it was installing and they weren't seeing the balloon pop-ups in the system tray. I don't know if there is another way to accomplish this or not but I was just going to deploy a AutoIT script (still need to build this) to stay up and in front of the end user during the installation in the hopes that it would help prevent them from interrupting the installation. What I need to know is if there is a service running only during the install of the product? Even a task that I could have my script look for during the install to keep the end user informed of the installation.

This is probably completely backwards from what the expectation is for the "Silent" update but I have had to go back and repair about a dozen computers due to this issue.

Thanks for the help.
