Successfully registered to zone [Could Not Determine]

    Hi all.

We are continuing to get the problem "Successfully registered to zone [Could Not Determine]" when trying to get a client to register.
I haven't found a good resolution for this. This results in computers and users not getting any bundles, etc.

    Processing Command: reg

Successfully registered with zone "[could not determine]" at URL
    "https://zenmaster.domain.com".

It seems that restarting the Zenworks service on the client, and then doing a retrust, establishs the connection to the zone.
Can anyone shed some light on this?

We are using Zenworks in a VDI environment. In particular:
    > Vmware View 5 (supported) with Linked Clone mode.
    > Windows 7 SP1 x86 Clients.
    > ZAA 11.2.3a

I have tried many combinations, all with the same result : "Could Not Determine".

    1)
    - Download standard ZAA and install into master.
    - Reboot.
    - Unregister, clear cache, clear FSG, remove GUID for PreAgent etc.
    - Perform ZAC REG command at QuickPrep time.

    2) As 1 above, but:
    - Perform ZAC REG command at computer startup (GPo) time AFTER quickprep.

    3)
    - Download custom ZAA (with no primary server set) and install into master.
    - Reboot.
    - No unregister, etc, required as not registered, but remove GUID for PreAgent etc.
    - Perform ZAC REG command at QuickPrep time.

    4) As 3 above, but:
    - Perform ZAC REG command at computer startup (GPo) time AFTER quickprep.

    5)
    - Download standard ZAA and install into master.
    - Disable ZAA services.
    - Enable Auto startup of these services at QP time.
    - (Zenworks then registers at next boot from service starting).

The only way we have managed to get this working:
    - Install an agent into image.
    - Reboot.
    - Unregister, clear cache, clear FSG, remove GUID for PreAgent etc as needed.
    - Register in QuickPrep.
    - Startup (GPo) command to stop and start Zenworks Services, thn issue a ZAC RETR command.

I have followed any information on making sure that a unique GUID is created per machine. This doesn't appear to be a problem. It is purely the [Could not Determine] issue.

I am unsure what to check for in the debug log file; hopefully I have managed to attach the log file for someone to look at.
Any help would be much appreciated!
