I have been responsible for handling a committee responsibility for about 15 years. I used my GW account to organize and archive email interactions among the committee members over that period of time. I developed a month by month and year by year directory structure for easy access to the information.

Now, I would like to pass this information on to a new 'keeper'.

Is there an easy way to move (or copy) a complex directory structure, with contents to a totally different user?

We have found some information that allows us to transfer individual emails and files but the directories can't seem to be copied. Re-creating by hand would be very time consuming.

I hope I have explained this well enough.
