    Patch Scan not completing

I'm encountering an issue with a device that I'm manually run 'zac ps' on - ZPM starts the patch scan process, but after doing some work (from looking at logfile timestamps) it just seems to sit there (analyze.exe running at 25% CPU constantly).

I've enabled debug logging, and started the patch scan at 11:43. lm.detection.log finishes at 11:47 - the start and end of the log files are as follows:

    2013/06/18 11:44:30.109 LM.Detection: Version: 7.2.0.176

The debug.log file continues to be written to until 11:55 - again the start and end of the log files are as follows:

It's now 12:24 and analyze.exe is still running, but the debug logs still haven't updated. I'm running Zenworks 11.2.3a (agent version 11.2.3.21755) on Windows 7 SP1 64 bit. Is there any reason why ZPM is hanging on what appears to be a Firefox update scan?
