we experience the following effect with the NSD.

When a technician starts a remote session from within NSD he is automatically logged out of NSD (the log-in screen is loaded).
The remote connection is usable and after the remote session the technician can log in again - and is immediately in the incident summary.

Is there - and if then where - a setting that can control this behavior?

Our supervisors do not "suffer" from this effect.
