First off I hope I have the right spot for posting this.

We have installed ZCM 11.2 this summer. I have the agents registering with the server and they appear in the control panel. I noticed the last few days, that they are no longer connecting to the server. The policies are not being applied. I can right click on the agent and do a refresh but it does not appear to do anything. So, after doing some reading I found this: Support | Missing files in ZCM agent cache . So, thinking that 11.2.3 would fix this issue, I upgraded the server. Now, I am in the same boat as the workstations cannot update the agent due to the fact they are not communicating with the server.

What am I missing here?
