I run GroupLinks everythingHelpDesk and want to reply to the ticket with a CC of a DL (Teachers Dl for that building) when responding to a student issue. When I currently attempt to do so no one gets the e-mail other then the specific user whether that is a cc'd user or the intended SR recipient. The address that the e-mail is coming from is part of that domain and has a valid e-mail account on the GW system. Am I missing something on this? I can't find a link or setting that would address this issue. Can only internal GW clients e-mail Distribution Lists?
