hi-

in the output of a gwcheck mailbox statistics report [a 60 day report], i see a number of items [appt and mail] listed in the "Downloaded items older than 60 days:" section of the results log. first, i'm a bit confused by this because we do not use caching or remote mode, so i'm wondering why the system seems to think there are items that have been downloaded.

second, upon finding this, i subsequently ran an expire/reduce, specifying a max of 60 days for both items and downloaded items. while there were no errors, it seem no items were expired, and a subsequent mailbox statistics report still lists the same items in the "Downloaded items older than 60 days:" section.

for reference, here are the settings used for the expire/reduce, from the result log:

in summary, i'm wondering why the system seems to think items have been downloaded, and why they cannot be disposed of. we're using groupwise 8.0.2hp3.

thanks
