We are able to open tickets via emial, but i would like to have the ticket open with field pre populated which are differrent than default.

examples, have ticket open with PRIORITY=HIGH, ITEM TYPE=PRINTER, or any field,

In a previous system , we woudl enter test in the subject line ot emial body.

i have tried that to no avail and cant find info in the manual.

this woud be a big time saver for us.
