I have been looking through the documents and must be missing this process.

1. Is it possible to use an LDAP based account to assign iManager iPrint management rights? I would like to have the HelpDesk team members manage iPrint objects within the appliance using their normaly eDir account. I can't seem to find any instructions on this process.

2. I noticed that the iPrint client has a newer version available. Is updating the appliance the same as updating OES versions? Just upload the new clients into the appliance? Or is there going to be updates to the Appliance that deal with this?

3. Also I noticed that my printers are deploying with the IP address instead of DNS name. Is this a setting I need to change in the iprint.ini file?
