I am having a strange issue where a user who uses WebAccess for their e-mail is unable to view content of emails between 7:30 - 9 AM. If he chooses to view them as Plain Text during the time period, he can see everything. I am working on what is causing this, but I was wondering if he chooses the option "Load basic interface", does that automatically display emails in the Plain Text format? Or is there a way to force that option when he logs in to WebAccess?
