Hi,

On some devices we get an error on the deployment that just says "Error: Unexpected fatal exception occurred"

Checking the satellite logs which was the Windows Proxy, under the Central Store there is a log with guid.log containing text "Message: The device is in use by an active process and cannot be disconnected". Also under the External store there is a log with guid.log containing text "Message: Failed to find sid in local accounts. Looking in AD accounts."

Any idea why the agent does not want to roll out?
