This has been happening for a while on one of my Netware 6.5 servers. When the server boots I get these two errors,

9-28-2013 11:41:12 pm: SERVER-5.70-2713 [nmID=D0003]
Module did not release 1 resource
Module: TCPIP - NetWare IP Address Manageme
Resource: IPMGMT Console Command
Description: Console Command Handlers

The last thing to appear in on the console at the end of the boot is this,

9-28-2013 11:41:52 pm: SERVER-5.70-836
Error unloading killed loadable module (IPMGMT.NLM) TCPIP - NetWare IP
Address Management

I have found a work around to getting the Server online, I run HDETECT and manually bind the protocols. It will immediately get the server up and running.

It hasn't been a huge issue till we had some storms lately overnight where power outages have exceeded the battery backup's life.

This is my NETINFO.CFG:

Last bit of info, this server is virtualized with VMware. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
