When using the GroupWise 2012 client when replying to a message, the user is seeing their reply window filled with a black background, they are unable to see the words in the reply message window, when they switch to "Plain Text" the window is clear, and they are able to see things clearly.

Has anyone else seen this issue, and what repair steps have you used to clear this concern?

Currently we are only seeing this happening to one user, and we were going to be running a user database repair to see if that will address the concern.
