Hi,

we have an SOAP-application, that runs since years without problems. Yesterday one of our cutomers has installed a GW-patch (GW 2012 SP2, linux, build 113896) and this build might have a bug in "getFolderRequest".

We read the root folder id via "getFolderRequest" and define "Root folder" as the <folderType>. This returns the expected folder id, which seems to be all right, i.e. "6.xxx.yyyy.100.0.1.0.1@15".
After that we call "getFolderListRequest" by passing the root folder id (see above) as <parent>. This normally returns all "direct" child folders beneath the root folder, but this response returns not any folder with this patch installed. The status although is 0.

Request:
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"><soap:Header><session xmlns="http://schemas.novell.com/2005/01/GroupWise/types">PMaq66lH6OWRBaSd</session></soap:Header><soap:Body><getFolderListRequest xmlns="http://schemas.novell.com/2005/01/GroupWise/methods"><parent>6.xxxx.yyyy.100.0.1.0.1@15</parent><view>default</view><recurse>false</recurse><imap>false</imap><nntp>false</nntp></getFolderListRequest></soap:Body></soap:Envelope>HTTP/1.1 200
Response:
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><s:Envelope xmlns:s="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns="http://schemas.novell.com/2005/01/GroupWise/methods" xmlns:gwt="http://schemas.novell.com/2005/01/GroupWise/types"><s:Header/><s:Body><getFolderListResponse><status><gwt:code>0</gwt:code></status></getFolderListResponse></s:Body></s:Envelope>

This code workes well with gw12.0.2-113005 (linux) and gw12.0.2-108211 (win).

Regards,
Markus
