Two upgrades from 6.5 to 702

One upgrade, all team leads are getting copies of emails being sent by technicians in their teams. this did not happen prior to upgrade.

Other upgrade, emails being sent by technicians are being duplicated so that customers receive the same email twice.

In both cases I think I have looked in all the obvious configurations, but can't find anything obvious. I've also checked the log files but again nothing obvious.

Can anyone help?
