Been running into this random problem for awhile now, even had the problem with

ZCM 11.2.3a
Windows 7 x64 client machines joined to AD domain
Using Active Directory as our user source

Problem 1:
When user goes to login to Windows it will bring up the ZCM dialog box asking for the user to login with their credentials (it will not accept anything you try to enter in, have to click cancel).

Problem 2:
User is not seeing any application bundles

Problem 3:
User is able to see the application bundles, but the version numbers are not being incremented. Zenworks shows the user is logged in, but a refresh of the ZenAgent does nothing.

All of these problems are resolved by doing the following:
1. Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Novell\ZENworks\cache\zmd
2. Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Novell\ZCM\ZenLgn\Hist ory\Cache\domain
3. Right click ZenAgent in systray > Refresh
4. Right click ZenAgent in systray > Login > Login as user

These problems are random as far as I'm aware of, and I'm not for sure what the cause is.

Ideas? Suggestions?
