Situation: 1 Network or 1 TREE (Public School) essentially divided in half with a point to point connection between the two. On this network there is only one internet connection shared by the network. I currently have one ZCM 11.2.4 server located at the primary location. This ZCM / Patch Management, handles basic DLU, Policies, forced shortcuts. Very few applications.

I want or need another server on the other side of the PTP connection. I feel like I should have two "Primary" servers (even tough by definition of primary that doesn't make sense.) Or should I set this up with the Primary and satellite servers. The two halves of the network have their own DHCP and file servers on each respective side.

I know my Zen 7 servers are installed into the tree and I don't recall the verbage of such things as primary and secondary. They simply worked together. Can someone give me some guidance on how I should set this up.

Currently:
North side
SLES 11 running OES 11 runs file and print and dhcp
Netware 6.5 running web server
ZCM server serves the district

South Side
SLES 11 running OES 11 runs file and print and dhcp
Netware 6.5 running web server

If I should have two primary's then what is the purpose of a satellite?
