We're looking to keep a consistent look and feel across the Service Desk. There are some places where "Help Desk" is shown and other places "Service Desk". We'd like to keep with the "Service Desk" name.

In the title bar when navigating the pages of the admin/user portals, the text is listed as "Help Desk" in the browser's title bar. Is there a place in NSD that text can be changed (similar to templates) or does this have to be done directly to some file on the NSD system itself (raw files)?
