Is there a solution for the client Junk Mail feature that places domain based e-mail that isn't in the end users contact list in Junk Mail?

The current setup has e-mail that comes from the going to junk mail since the user doesn't have that listed in their contacts list. Most users are missing important e-mail form the help desk system as well as a few continue to complain about not getting payroll e-mails which we find in junk mail. Is it possible to tell that function to no junk items that come from its own domain automatically?
