One of our users has accepted a phone update on their android device (Sony Xperia SP) and it appears to upgrade to Android 2.3.
Since doing that, all his email notifications are arriving, it shows the sender and subject in the preview, and it shows an unread item count, but the inbox is empty.
Sent items are showing in the sent folder, but nothing in the inbox.
Tried my user account on his phone, same problem.
It's Novell Data Synchronizer Version: 1.2.5 Build: 299, and GroupWise 8 (NW6.5)
Can someone confirm this is a known problem at all?
