Hope I am posting this in the correct location. I have an error and it doesn't matter if a Windows 7 or 8.1 system (64 bit system). When I try to go to the Folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Novell\ZENworks\cache , as "Administrator" or a Local Administrator, I get a pop up window stating "You have been denied permission to access this folder".

I am able to get to this folder on a system that has the Zen Agent 11.2.3.

What changed?

I tried this on a number a system we deployed the New 11.3.1 agent too. I need to get this resolved before I start deploying to our Network.
