Upon upgrading from OES 11 SP2 to OES 11 SP3 on SLES 11 SP2 for VMware. My upgrade commenced and completed successfully(?). My product catalog now shows:

S | Repository | Internal Name | Name | Version | Arch | Is Base
i | @System | SUSE_SLES | SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP3 | 11.3-1.138 | x86_64 | No
i | @System | Open_Enterprise_Server | Novell Open Enterprise Server 11 SP2 | 11.2-1.267 | x86_64 | No
i | @System | SLES-for-VMware | SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP2 for VMware | 11.2-2.6 | x86_64 | Yes

So VMware provides FREE subscriptions for each VMware CPU license of ESXi. My issue now is that I have NO subscription for SLES 11 SP3 (OEM). I'm unsure why this happened but there is a TID
Migrating a SLES-11-SP3-for-VMware system to SLES-11-SP3

So obviously SP3 for VMware exists but why would you want to convert? I'm lost as to why the product catalog is in this state of confusion and more importantly HOWTO fix the issue. I receive a 400 error when attempting to register system with SLES11 for VMware registration key now. Thus I have NO subscribed channels.
