I have my computer setup so that GroupWise automatically starts when I log in. Is there any way to have my GroupWise calendar (monthly view) start up in a separate window?

Before I get side tracked by never ending work items, I would like to be reminded of any appointments or meetings scheduled for that day. The startup options listed in the User Guide are very limited.
