Hello Everyone,

We updated to ZCM 11.3 this past week and immediately we noticed that we have a couple of users that were bit by the Double-Byte Character issue I have listed below.


Novell's response is to edit the users full name, but we are using an Identity Management source controlled by our HR department. They will not modify users names once they are entered into the system. It seems like overkill for me to manually create a separate user account for 2 affected individuals, just so they can remotely control a user's desktop. I am guessing that Novell will fix this issue in 11.3.1? Has anyone else experienced this issue, and do you know if they are including a fix in an upcoming version?
