We have Groupwise 8.0.3 and our remote users are using cached mailboxes. Recently I have gotten complaints that when appointments are deleted, the deleted appointment still shows in their cached mailbox. In Online mode and on their mobile devices, the deleted appointments are deleted. That being said, the 2 users that are having this problem have Groupwise mailboxes roughly around 12GB. I have done GWchecks on both their "online" and cached mailboxes. I have re-indexed their cached mailboxes. Not sure what else to do.
