Zenworks 11sp3 how to get support user to login
We have 600 cash register that are pcs and all the cash register login with the same password, we apply the policies to the devices, no problem on restrictions, but we need support users to login in an fix issues when they occur, but do not want them to mess with the configuration management console. If there is a support user created locally it logs in with their own profile, but we need the support user to login and fix the problem in the cashier profile. We tried roaming profiles, have to install the novell client to have it work properly, but we do not want to use the novell client. Tried the dlunonovellclient word 1 option, didn´t work as planned. The documentation is far from good, they should opt for youtube video o coolsolutions option like novell had with prior versions. Somebody that has ideas on how to get this to work it would be very much appreciated...
