We have noticed that one of our employees using GroupWise 2014 is having an issue when rescheduling appointments. When a schedule is moved from one date to a date in the next week by opening Editing the appointment, the appointment defaults back to the default time length of 1 hour. If you do a drag and drop the appointment stays as scheduled length.

So far it only seems to be one employees account doing this.

Any ideas why?

This GroupWise client was and upgrade from 2012 to 2014.
