Hello everyone,

We have had some issue with upgrading our clients from 11 to 11.2. Our clients would stop connecting to Zcm after the upgrade. We attemtped to uninstall/reinstall. The uninstaller would fail, reporting that it could not communicate with the zcm server. In the server field (Where you log in to remove the device) it would list 127.0.0.1 and the logs would report this.

We attempted to use the newest removal tool, but when we tried to remove the device, the login prompt would not accept the local admin password, or the server admin password. We have no clue what the removal tool means by the certificate. Upon reboot, ZCM is retained on the device.

We are using Windows 7 SP1.
