We are running Groupwise 8 hp3. The issue we are having is: The administrative assistant creates an appointment and includes the management staff. Then later she goes in and cancels the appointment. That appointment is then deleted from the management staff's calendars except for the users that have a cached mailbox. These are appointments are not deleting from the cached mailbox. I have re-indexed the cached mailbox. recreated the cached mailbox and run a gwcheck on the affects users mailbox (online and cached). Still no luck in fixing the issue. Any suggestions?
