Hi all,

I've recently made the upgrade to 11.2.4

All the servers have been updated and I patched with some of the TIDs that were referenced under the patches downloads.

I updated all the primary and sat servers without any issues to 11.2.4 and then MU1

I also updated the SLES/OES servers that also have an agent installed, no problems.

When I try the 11.2.4 update, every install from several sites fails. I have double and triple checked my locations and their network environments and made certain that my Unknown location had both primaries set as their servers.

The error I get seems an all too common one:

An error occurred while downloading the update content to this device. Make sure that this device has valid content servers configured via closest server rules and that the content replication has occured to this device's content server(s)

I checked the replication status of the 11.2.4 patch and everything says 100%. I have run zac cdp, zac cvc and zac ref on each sat server. I have also run a zac cc and then zac ref bypasscache in hopes that it would help. Still the same error.

Here is a copy of the debug log file on a Windows 7 workstation, in reference to a bad checksum:

Code:

Is anyone aware of any advanced troubleshooting I can perform to fix this issue? I'd like to start the initial testing phase of deploying this update to the 3000+ devices we manage, and that process alone could take a while to complete properly.

As they are now, the devices run on a 11.2.3a MU1 and are working status quo.

Thank you
