Apparently, when staff send out emails to a Distribution list they go our as separate SMTP conversations for the addresses on the list. what is does is trigger our antispam appliance to see this as a large amount of traffic from the user at one time and can potentially slow/block the connection. Rather than turn off the limits module it would be best if we could make GroupWise send these emails out as a single email for processing by the SMTP on the antispam server.

Is there a way to change this default behavior? Hopefully, I've explained myself well enough for a GroupWise guru to help.
