Customer site having intermittent issues with duplicate ip address from dhcp. Not seeing anything in logs except one address over and over again reporting duplicate. Also seeing the following message on each offer, request and ack on each address given out:
Unable to add forward map from dns name to ip: not found

The duplicate message I keep seeing over and over again is as follows:

uid lease ip for client mac is duplicate on ip(It is the same over and over again in log)

Not finding anything on that message or what it pertains too. Any help would be appreciated
