Hi All,

We are using the latest iPrint appliance 1.1 with the driver HP Universal Printing PCL 5 (v5.7.0) and iPrint Client 5.96 on a Windows 7 64bit computer.

We have begun to receive the following error - it only happens the second time we send a print job after the iPrint server has been reboot (or the Print Manager service is restarted). When printing to the HP LaserJet P3010, the first job is successful but the second job provides us with the error "Could Not Determine the State of the Print Job".

We have tried exporting the config, rebuilding the appliance, and reimporting the config. This resulted in the same results. Also - anyone know how to manually remove the print jobs by without the gui (which files)?

Anyone have ideas?
