An increasing number of users are unable to access word doc attachments. They can't view, can't open, can't open with, and can't save as. Removing and reinstalling Groupwise client briefly fixed the issue for one user. Repair installation of MSOffice (2010) briefly fixed the issue for another user. Integrations are turned off. Problem keeps comin back and seems tro be spreading.

Excel file attachments are not a problem. PDF attachments are not a problem.

Servers are running 8.02 agents, clients are running various versions of 8.

Anybody else seeing this?
