I had a use complain that from their home they could not connect with their mobile devices. These devices are iOS. I tried through the Verizon cellular network and did not have the problem (Hmm #1). I then tried from my home and had the same issue with both my Android device and an iOS device. I was able to log in through a browser on the mobile device and as soon as I did, the mobile app started working (Hmm #2). This was the case on both the Android and iOS platforms.

Has anyone else seen this?

Is there something I have mis-configured?
