What is the best way to troubleshoot a printer policy failing?

Win7 64bit. I just added a new iPrint printer. Added it to my
printer policy. It worked on all computers except one (at least that
I am aware of). On this one, when I refresh, the policy will push
down the other three iPrint printers, but not the new one. Where can
I find some detailed info so I can figure out what is wrong here?
