We're seeing cases where the DLU fails to delete the user account. We typically find out that it's happening because a user goes to login and gets the "novell login succeeded" message, but is then prompted for local account credentials. After ruling out other possibilities (e.g. the DLU policy didn't apply at all), I'll login as admin, check the local users, and see the user's account there. Once I delete the account, the user is able to login successfully. My searches turned up some similar problems with earlier versions of zenworks, but they were fixed in 11.2.4 and we're at 11.3.1.

Has anyone else run into this problem? Does anyone have a workaround in place? The best I've come up with so far is a periodic script to delete user accounts that shouldn't be there, but I hate to have to rely on that if there's an option or something I'm missing in the DLU policy.
