We're trying to do some account manipulation on our machines, running net user commands.

We have distributed the bundle to our test/validation group and 16 out of 100 have 'failed'

"Failed to launch C:\Windows\system32\net.exe. Exit code: 2" comes up in zcm messages

The zmd-messages debug log from the client shows
>>
[ERROR] [03/03/2015 09:19:40.658] [1916] [ZenworksWindowsService] [33] [] [BundleManager] [GenericActions.LaunchExitError] [Failed to launch C:\Windows\system32\net.exe. Exit code: 2] [] [f750ef0ed5bba5af2d9b4eac431842bc]
[DEBUG] [03/03/2015 09:28:00.897] [8480] [ZenWindowsDaemon] [21] [] [DeviceGuid] [] [Irrecoverable error!!! Error in creating Device Session.] [] []
<<

The clients are 11.2.4.32791 and are a mixture of Win7ProSP1 x86 and x64.

The bundle is written with install actions, launch executable "${WinSysDir}\net.exe"

There is https://www.novell.com/support/kb/doc.php?id=7010643 which mentions a similar issue when using ${WinSysDir}\net.exe and suggests full path. However this supposedly was fixed in 11.2.2 and given that it works on 84 of out test group....

There are also references to SQlite errors and corruption in forum messages relating to [Irrecoverable error!!! Error in creating Device Session] but I can'tseem find any recommended actions on clearing these...

Has anyone got any suggestions/recommendations? We'd like to establish a method of clearing the errors on 'failing' devices before we deploy the bundle throughout the estate.

Thanks
David
