We are running GroupWise 2012 SP3HP1 on a Linux server. What we see happening to some clients, not all, that they delete an item, you can see it in their trash. View the Mailbox again and the item you deleted has returned. If you close and re-open the client, this will sometimes stop this from happening for the items you deleted before closing. We had tested several archiving solutions and are now running Retain. But the re-appearing emails don't coincide with the Retain job. I have tried running standalone GWCheck on the affected users, and problem is still happening. The client is running Windows 7 GroupWise 2012 SP3HP1.
