I have a user with a Groupwise archive issue.

When she tries to save an email to archive she gets the following message:
"Database store number is invalid"

We also can get a C067 error.

When we looked at Groupwise client Caching mailbox directory, the location was a different user which seems to be the installers email address. I do not know if this is just cosmetic or part of the issue.

I am not aware of the "Database store number is invalid" ocurring with any other users.

When user moves to a different computer she gets the same error message.
When we log in as a tech person, we can save to archive with no issues.

Anything we can try to fix this?
