Does anyone have experience with Imaging Windows 8.1 and speed?
A newly installed Win 8.1 without any patches needed about 100 minutes for restore and about 60 minutes to create. Image is speed-optimized and about 8 GB in size. This corresponds to approximately 1.5 MB / s. No significant difference whether a Gbit network or local with an external USB drive. I use ZCM 11.3.2 with the tntfs.ko (checked loading last version). The legacyntfs-switch do not work for me.
I'm looking for a comparison.
ntfsclone, also in the ZCM PXE Linux, needed for the same disc about 12 minutes to create and 6 minutes to Restore (piped with gzip)
Client as a new HP Prodesk 600.
