I have several people reporting that, periodically, when an attachment received in an email is dragged and dropped into a new email to be sent as an attachment, the new email becomes "undeliverable". However, if the attachment is first dropped on the desktop and then dropped in the new email attachment area the email is delivered OK. This does not happen all the time but 3-4 times a week per user. The size of the attachment does not appear to be a factor. Any ideas?
