Hi Geoff,
I have a requirement to do something similar but have no real knowledge
with xslt. What would I need to get the file into a format so I could
use dirxml script policies to process the records?
Example of such a file below:

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8' standalone='no' ?>
<STAFFIDS uid='dg45159'>
<STAFFIDS uid='dg45159'>

Any help much appreciated.
