Hi Geoff,
I have a requirement to do something similar but have no real knowledge
with xslt. What would I need to get the file into a format so I could
use dirxml script policies to process the records?
Example of such a file below:

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8' standalone='no' ?>
<IMPORT_IDS>
<STAFFIDS uid='dg45159'>
<COMPANYCODE>90301029</COMPANYCODE>
<STAFFCN>DPN 00000026</STAFFCN>
<SURNAME>Jones</SURNAME>
<FIRSTNAME>Mick<FIRSTNAME>
</STAFFIDS>
<STAFFIDS uid='dg45159'>
<COMPANYCODE>90301029</COMPANYCODE>
<STAFFCN>DPN 00000026</STAFFCN>
<SURNAME>Smith</SURNAME>
<FIRSTNAME>Tommy<FIRSTNAME>
</STAFFIDS>
</IMPORT_IDS>

Any help much appreciated.
Thanks
Mark
