So the function that reads the Config settings, is having an issue with
a number format, per the error.

The only thing that makes sense is that the SAP System number 00 is
somehow being converted/treated as a number and becomes 0? Or 00 is an
invalid number?

<nsap-cs-type display-name="SAP System Number:">00</nsap-cs-type>

Any chance the SAP have a system other than 00 that they can let you try
and connect too?

Also, consider stripping down your config as much as possible? I.e. Is
that an O or as 0 in:
<nsap-objecttype display-name="Object Type Code:">O</nsap-objecttype>

(ok, pasted in here I see it is an Oh not a zero as it should be).
