The Active Directory module is only installed by default if the 2008 R2
server is a domain controller.

Your error indicates that this module is not installed locally on the
server hosting your remote loader instance.

If you install the "Remote Server Administration Tools" (RSAT) feature
on the member server hosting the remote loader (which must be a 2008 R2
server) then your error should disappear.
