I've got delimited text driver that reads files that only has the
following information "CN;Internet EMail Address". Match on CN.

After one run the user object lists the DTD driver as a connected
system and the Object ID value is set to the email value. The only
purpose of the text driver is the update the Internet EMail Address
attribute of the user accounts so when a new value comes with the file
IDM complains that the user object already has and association. Should I
add a "remove association" policy to the driver?
