Currently I am using the do-find-matching-object to narrow make sure we
do not create duplicate users using the following code:

Find users with Duplicate Given and Sur Names

<if-class-name op="equal">User</if-class-name>
<arg-match-attr name="Surname"/>
<arg-match-attr name="Given Name"/>

What I would like to do is instead of match on full surname & full
given name I want to match on full surname but the first three
characters of the given name. I tried using the token-substring and
setting the first three characters of the given name but when it tries
to match it is only using the first three characters to check against
the given names so a match is never found. For example.. if I have an
existing user name Jenny Smith as a contractor and she gets hired using
her legal name of Jennifer Smith I would like this account to be flagged
based on the given name being "Jen" and the surname is "Smith". Is what
I want even possible? I'm all out of ideas on what to try/do - any help
is greatly appreciated.
